Raising funds the Audio way this Xmas

This Friday I’ll be doing my DJ thing at Audio’s Christmas Party. Always one of Brighton’s brightest spots Audio will deliver a decent party for a very decent cause raising funds for the Clock Tower Sanctuary which provides food, support and shelter for our city’s young homeless community. There’s the very fine band :Kinema in the house as well as DJ’s Milton and George Nunn. I’ll be supplying my funked up tech house soundtrack and the odd hot mince pie – if we get the pastry made in time. So if you fancy a change from the usual Friday night fodder you know where to head. See you at the seafront!

Christmas is a time of happiness, spending time with family and friends and consuming your body weight in food and drink. In this period of giving and receiving Audio wanted to reflect this notion. So on Friday 17th December they will be putting on a party featuring some of the finest talent in Brighton to raise money for charity.

Kinema The trio’s clean-cut mix of r’n’b, classic house, disco and a touch of funk make this… band a distinction above the plethora of jingly jangly indie bands that fill Brighton’s music scene. The self professed studio geeks catchy, groove induced songs have a soft charm that makes dancing along simply irresistible. Check them out here:

Also on the night, a selection of some of Brightons best DJs.
Milton (Bastard Pop)
George Nunn (Poundance)
and, erm, me (Wild Fruit / Sunday Sundae)

Although it’s Free Entry all night, a donation to charity can be made on the door. All proceeds go towards the Clock Tower Sanctuary offering food and shelter to Brighton’s young homeless community. You also will get a free drinks token when you donate

Doors at 11PM.
